When a CV is submitted, it is added to our
database which has "state-of-the-art" scanning and
free text search technology. This means that all the skills
mentioned on your CV can be tracked
we will not pigeon
hole your details under standard industry or job codes.
The database has been specially designed
to allow fast and accurate identification of potentially interested
candidates in response to every new client requirement. When
your CV is highlighted against one of these searches you will
be sent the relevant information quickly and discreetly usually
by letter or personal email.
Each specialist consultant has an average
12 years experience in the industry, and will be available
to talk to you on a one to one basis to give CV design &
career advice. If busy on another call or interviewing we
will always return calls where possible.

Our ethos of complete confidentiality means that CV's are
never forwarded to anyone unless with the express permission
of the candidates concerned, this means that we fully brief
our candidates with regards to the location, salary and duties
involved etc. then and only then, are details forwarded for
consideration. After this has been completed and after a short
consultation period with the client we then respond with the
clients decision on your application.

· CVs are not forwarded to Clients
without your permission ... the role & recruiting organisation
will be discussed with you first.
· When CVs have been submitted to
a Client for a specific career opportunity, we will advise
you of the outcome/decision of that Client whether positive
or not.
· We won't email you at work (to
avoid any compromising situations) unless with your prior
permission.
· We rely on candidates to
inform us of changing circumstances. Please help us to help
you by staying in touch; particularly if you are receiving
details of opportunities that are not of interest.
